How long can I keep the totes?
Standard packages include a two-week rental period. Extra time can be added when availability permits.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every tote is inspected and cleaned before it is delivered to the next customer.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes. Apartment and condo moves are a major part of our service, subject to safe building access and delivery instructions.
What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Replacement charges may apply to totes that are missing or significantly damaged.
